If there are problems with your purchase, please let us know at sales@woodtoworks.com within 14 days from receipt of your item.
We will only refund the products as long as they have not been damaged or altered in any way.
Accepted payment methods
- PayPal – (international) – we ship only to the PayPal address shown in the payment.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express through our secure payment gateway.
- E-transfers sent to sales@woodtoworks.com (please provide the password).
- Wire Transfer (international) – we will send you a proforma invoice with the details after we receive the shipping information from you.
- Company and Personal Check (Canada only) – we will send you a detailed invoice after we receive the shipping information from you. It can take up to 10 days to clear the payment.
Canadian residents will pay HST / GST, as applicable.
All international sales: duties, taxes and all other associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Combining
We are charging the calculated shipping cost offered by Canada Post and the combined shipping will be automatically calculated for you at the checkout.
Please enter coupon code collect for combining orders over multiple sessions. This will bypass the shipping cost by allowing you to choose the "Free Shipping" option at checkout and pay for the items only. We will invoice you for the combined shipping cost when you are ready to have the items shipped.
Please note that we cannot combine any longer once a payment is received.
* All orders will be cancelled if the transaction is not finalized within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold. We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate orders.
If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Website, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
Note to Walk In Customers
Our online items are available for pickup at our Chilliwack location only. Some generic items (items with letters in the stock numbers) are processed after the order is placed and therefore may not be available immediately upon request in-store. Please inquire with us about stock availability before coming in, or create an online order and note that you would like to pick it up in-store.
