We ship worldwide, usually via Canada Post. A calculated shipping cost will be provided to at the checkout.

To have the items shipped collect (prepaid), please enter coupon code COLLECT at the checkout. This is a good option for our international buyers who may have access to better shipping rates than the ones provided by our Canadian shipping companies. Using freight forwarders such as Parcel International can be a much cheaper alternative. We will settle the combined shipping cost when you're ready to have the items shipped.
Please note that orders can only be combined if arrangements have been made beforehand.

Canada shipments via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days.
We prefer to deliver via Canada Post with Signature option on orders which include wood, to ensure the couriers don't leave the package exposed to the elements.

If shipping to countries with stringent import rules: we’re happy to assist in any way possible; however, ultimately the customer is responsible for acquiring the proper documentation to import the wood species into their country.
